TBC provided modular construction coordination and on-site installation management for all 200 units. Our team collaborated closely with Pacific Structure’s modular construction division to ensure precise and efficient installation. Key responsibilities included planning and layout of modular units, leveling and securing units for structural stability, installing roof systems, parapet walls, and roof crickets, and managing all aspects of modular setup to meet design, safety, and and quality standards.
