Our Role
As the framing contractor for Cypress, TBC delivered the complete wood framing package above the concrete podium. Our team coordinated framing for complex terrace and balcony layouts, integrated structural requirements within a dense urban environment, and maintained precision and quality throughout construction. This project represents a key contribution to downtown Sacramento’s revitalization, bringing new residential and retail spaces overlooking Capitol Park.
