TBC installed the full wood structural framing in compliance with local and state building codes, coordinated closely with architectural and structural engineers to ensure alignment of openings, window/door framing, and wall layouts, applied exterior siding and cladding for a durable façade, integrated moisture barrier systems and flashing, and managed staging, sequencing, and deliveries to maintain site safety while minimizing interference with other trades. Our team addressed site logistics challenges and sensitive facility requirements, keeping the building envelope tight and maintaining thermal and moisture performance.
